The Bald Strawberry Coffee Shop & Bakery was inspired by a trip to Spain where my family and I enjoyed the many coffee shops and bakeries that could be found on almost every street corner. Upon our return, we yearned for that small, intimate shop that we could just stop in for a coffee and sweet treat.
As a child, I honed my baking skills from my mother, who was of Italian and Portuguese descent, I continued to experiment new recipes on friends and family, as well as creating 
unique birthday, wedding, and special event cakes for the last thirty-five years.
With my son, Joseph, an apprentice, we invite you to visit our coffee and bakery shop in Cape Canaveral, Florida to experience some familiar tastes and some that may be new to you.
